By doing a Google search on May 27, 2010 for the most complaints from consumers about U.S. companies, I found the following;
I think it is interesting to note that Google and DirecTV had about 25 times the complaints the IRS had. The US citizens own the airwaves, so why should companies using the airwaves have such disregard for their customers. Something has to be done to start a revolution, maybe this site could be the spark that ignites it.

Is there anything that can be done about these companies that are too big listen to the consumers?
